Home Work
Work this year has been crazy busy.
Just when I think I’m getting caught up on my to-do list, 23 more things are added to it (at least that is how I feel). I’ve gotten so stressed about it that my dreams at night are about all the things that need to get done the following day and all the things I didn’t get done the previous day.
I think it’s pretty safe to say that I will be celebrating once everything is caught up and things start to slow down.
Everyone who knows me knows I get way more work done when I’m at home. For that reason I decided to work from home today so I could start playing catch-up ๐
I love working from home for so many reasons. ย Here are a couple of them:
- Get way more work done because I have less distractions.
- No commute.
- Don’t need to spend time getting ready.
And…I can have a lovely breakfast and eat it at my leisure instead of gobbling it down at my desk. This morning I was able to get a Panera power breakfast sandwich, fruit and a Caribou iced latte:
But the best part of working at home is being able to spend time with my boys, they are great at helping reduce stress levels:
Even though they spend the day sleeping…I still like to think they like having me around too ๐
Question:
Help a girl out … What tips do you have for getting work done when you feel like you will never catch-up?
