Future Goals

So I’ve discussed my past, present and now I’m going to list what I would like to accomplish (health wise) in my future.
  • Learn more about nutrition.
  • Incorporate exercise into my life.
  • Organization.
  • Work on my all or nothing mentality.
  • Cooking and eating food.

I will be discussing each of these goals and how I plan on accomplishing them in later posts.
