Early Wake Up Call

This is going to shock the pants of everyone, I actually got out of bed at 6:30 am and out the door by 6:45 am. Freakin’ amazing! It wasn’t the easiest thing in the world especially since I had trouble falling asleep last night.
Breakfast
On the way into work I had to stop and get a coffee. Of course I stopped at Starbuck’s and got a triple shot skinny vanilla latte:
Totally did the trick of waking me up. See the 3 in the shots box 😉
Lunch
The office was freezing today so no thought was needed on what to eat for lunch. I headed right to the soup line! The soup today was white bean and cabbage, so good.
Plus a Dr. Pepper to keep me awake for the rest of the afternoon.
Almost time to go home, can’t wait!

What do you do when you are tired and need help to stay awake?
One word for me … Starbucks!

Coffee and I aren't friends. I get the worst jitters. I usually try to have a lazy day, or a shot of wheat grass…

I struggle! I try not to drink anything caffeinated after mid-morning, otherwise I have trouble sleeping. I'm just one of those, and it's brutal sometimes. i.e. TODAY!

When it is warm out (clearly not now) I try to go outside for a quick walk and hopefully a little sunshine!

haha I'm so with you on the Starbucks 🙂 The soup looks fantastic- I love the idea of cabbage and white beans together- delicious.
