Veggies and Pierogi

Not a very exciting dinner today but at least I got my veggies in for the day.
A plain salad of lettuce and some lite ceasar dressing. The brand is Ken’s and it has a nice spicy taste to it.
After the salad I had a couple of potato pierogi. So easy to make and when you add Cajun seasoning they become delicious.
Two small pieces of fudge made it onto my plate.
Very simple and easy to make food for dinner today.
