Favorite New Bar
I’ve found my new favorite bar! Not the cocktail variety but the nutrition type of bar.

Breakfast
Started my day off with a grande skinny latte which I only drank half of:

Lunch
I needed some hydration so I grabbed a large bottle of water and a crystal light packet:
Yesterdays lunch was so good that I decided to have the same thing today. This time around they put way more noodles in so it ended up being like a healthier version of ramen noodles.
Dinner
Our kitchen has slim pickens so my only option for dinner (besides ordering food) was a dish I’ve made in the past,
Not a very nutritious meal but it is a better choice than the pizza I would have normally ordered 😉
Patrick and I are on a mission to get some groceries in the house with lots of healthy options. I’m very excited to get food in the casa 😉

Lunch looks so good! My favorite way to get protein in my diet is to eat yogurt. Yum!
