Favorite New Bar

I’ve found my new favorite bar! Not the cocktail variety but the nutrition type of bar.

Let me introduce you to the Solstice Dark Chocolate + Peanut Butter Goji Bar:

These bars are filled with good for you stuff. The bar has 9 grams of protein, 11 grams of whole grains, 800 mg of omega-3 and a full days supply of antioxidants. Check out the label for yourself:

All that healthy stuff and it tastes SO good! I could eat this everyday and be a happy girl. I mean, look:

Tuesday Eats

Breakfast

Started my day off with a grande skinny latte which I only drank half of:

I needed some hydration so I grabbed a large bottle of water and a crystal light packet:

Yesterdays lunch was so good that I decided to have the same thing today. This time around they put way more noodles in so it ended up being like a healthier version of ramen noodles.

Dinner

Our kitchen has slim pickens so my only option for dinner (besides ordering food) was a dish I’ve made in the past, Sauerkraut Goodness:

Not a very nutritious meal but it is a better choice than the pizza I would have normally ordered 😉

Patrick and I are on a mission to get some groceries in the house with lots of healthy options. I’m very excited to get food in the casa 😉
