Super-Pack-Yoga
You will never guess how Patrick and I started off Sunday morning…one word…YOGA!
Yep, we busted out the mats and Mandy Ingber YogaLosophy DVD. I’ve been wanting to do this video since I met her last May. I’m going to wait to review the video after I’ve had a chance to do the entire DVD.
We both thought this was a great way to spend our Sunday morning. So much so, we are going to do it again next Sunday!
Food
I made a veggie tray for Patrick and I to snack on during the first quarter of the Superbowl. I chopped up orange, yellow, green and red peppers along with cucumbers and snow peas!
With a side of my favorite veggie dip:
Patrick put together an awesome chili dinner. Topped with shredded cheese and a jalapeno garnish. I think he did a great job with the presentation:
a bowl of chips for us to share:
Take a chip, dip it in chili and you have 1 tasty meal!
Dessert
I couldn’t think of a better dessert to have on Superbowl Sunday than Edy’s Limited Edition Touchdown Sundae.
Vanilla ice cream with lots of chocolate fudge swirls and caramel filled chocolate footballs 😀
I have a feeling this ice cream is not going to last long in my freezer. It was SO good! Edy’s Limited Edition ice creams are the best!
fyi: The nice folks at Edy’s sent me a coupon for complimentary ice cream (thanks Edy’s) and I chose to use one of those for the Touchdown ice cream shown above. As always the opinions towards the product are all my own. 100% certified Tracey opinion 😀
Dogs Life
It wasn’t just Superbowl Sunday for the humans but it was also Puppy Bowl for the dogs!
They had their favorite snack as a game day treat, Bully Sticks:
Cappy was SO thankful to Patrick for providing the bully sticks that he just had to shake his hand:
I think it’s safe to say both Solera and Cappy enjoyed their game day treat!
It’s safe to say everyone in this household had a pretty good Superbowl Sunday!
Congratulations to the Packers! It was a great fame!
Question:
What is your favorite flavor of Ice Cream?
I have 2 favorites. The first one is Edy’s Peppermint Stick and the second is Edy’s Slow Churned Girl Scouts Samoas Cookie. The Samoa ice cream should be in stores again soon. I will for sure be on the look-out!

Your chili/chips combo has me dreaming of frito pies that we used to get at football games… sigh…
I do have to say the Girl Scout Samoa ice cream is FAB, but I honestly love vanilla (so I can load it with toppings).

I do like vanilla with the little specks in it. A place down the street from me serves the best vanilla gelato, SO GOOD!

I realise I just wrote a very similar comment on your other post, but… waaah! We have no ice creams like that here! At least I can make my own chilli 😉
