Tuesday started off like most weekday mornings. Snoozing the alarm a bunch of times and throwing a pillow over my head to keep the morning sun out of my eyes all in hopes of getting just a couple minutes of extra sleep.
After a good 10 minutes of doing the above I had to get up and get ready for work 🙁
I tried to make the morning a bit better by stopping for a good iced decaf blueberry coffee and a bad (for me) blueberry donut:
I was actually very disappointed in the donut. For some reason the glaze tasted a bit funny to me so I only ate half of it.
I felt like I was lacking in the veggies department so I got a good for me huge Freshii salad loaded with:

All chopped together:
I also got a bad for me chicken nuggets with spicy buffalo sauce and a fry from McDonald’s:
Don’t freak out I only had a couple of each of them. I’ve just been craving chicken nuggets for a couple weeks and it was time to feed that craving!
Patrick had to work late which meant I had to get some chores done at home. However none of those chores included making dinner. I just wasn’t in the mood to cook yesterday so we ended up doing Pizza Friday a couple days early.
I had a good greek salad:
And a bad for me but tasted so freakin good calzone. The calzone was filled with cheese, pepperoni and banana peppers:
Okay, I’ve heard about VitaTops for a long time but never tried them because they just didn’t sound all that great to me.
On a whim I decided to throw some in the grocery cart to try them out and boy am I ever glad that I did! They are delicious!

So as you can see this wasn’t the healthiest day of eats but I’m happy that I didn’t feel the need to “clean my plate” with the not so good for me foods. Sometimes I crave a little something naughty and that’s okay as long as you just have a little bit 😉
