Hectic Morning

I’m pretty sure the universe did not want me to go to work last Friday.  It did all it could to try and convince me to stay home but, let’s be honest, that’s not really a difficult thing to convince me to do.

First I overslept, then the dog started misbehaving and finally a car accident happened right in front of me on the way to the office ( people in the accident were okay).

Since my morning was complicated I had to forgo my coffee so that I could get to work at a reasonable time and avoid getting yelled at by the boss.

I really hope this week goes better!

Breakfast

Nothing for me – see above for explanation.

Lunch

I was starving by the time lunch rolled around.  I wanted something different but still wanted to try and keep it healthy.

I decided on Hannah’s Bretzel.  This place has great food but the sandwiches are pretty pricey.  Due to the cost I try and limit my Bretzel intake.

I opted for the Turkey and Cheddar sandwich:

Dinner

Lunch kept me full for a long time so I wasn’t ready for dinner until after 9.  However, at that time the last thing I wanted to do was make something so my husband made us a Tombstone pizza.

Couple slices of “well done” pepperoni:

Struggles

Well, it’s probably obvious that having pizza 2 nights in a row is not the best idea.  I need to work on having some fast healthy options available at all times.
